Cancellations made before 5 PM, at least 8 days in advance, are fully refundable.

50% Charge
Cancellations made before 5 PM, within 6 to 3 days, will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
3 Days Prior
100% Charge
Cancellations made after 5 PM and within three days of the scheduled date will not be eligible for a refund.
Bad Weather Policy: In the event of heavy rain or hazardous weather, you may reschedule your booking at no extra cost, even on the day of. Please contact us via phone by 08:30 AM.
Things to Know Before You Visit
Vaccination Required: All dogs must have up-to-date rabies and core vaccinations (proof required on first visit).
Self-Clean: We provide waste bags and bins. Please help us keep the grass beautiful for the next guest.
Arrival: Please wait in your car until the previous guest has exited the run area to avoid any reactive interactions.
