- • Base Price: Includes 2 Adults, 2 Dogs, & Infants (< 3y)
- • Additional Adults: 3rd: ¥10,500 | 4th: ¥9,000 | 5th: ¥7,500
- • Additional Dogs: ¥1,500 per dog (from 3rd dog onwards)
- • Children: ¥7,500 per child (3 years old to Elementary school students)
Room & Bedding Configuration
Standard Setup
- 1–3 Guests: Bedroom A only (1 Double Bed + 1 Single Bed).
- 4–5 Guests: Bedroom A & B (Bedroom B includes 2 Single Beds).
- Total capacity: Up to 5 guests.
🛏️ "Extra Bed" Option
For 2-person stays, we normally prepare the Double Bed. If you require the Single Bed as well, we ask for a ¥1,000 donation to animal welfare groups per stay.
🚪 "Extra Room" Option
For 3 or fewer guests, if you wish to use both bedrooms, an extra room fee of ¥3,000+ per night (varies by season) is required as a donation.
※ Please mention these options during reservation. Donations should be placed directly into the donation box at check-in (not included in bank transfer).
Exclusive Private Plan
Our Facility is closed on Wednesdays & Thursdays. You can still book a "Private Stay" on these days to enjoy the entire facility exclusively—perfect for dogs who are shy or owners wanting a quiet "unmasked" vacation.
In our commitment to support animal welfare, we kindly ask for a small additional fee for bookings made on these days. The fee will be donated to organizations that work tirelessly to help animals in need.
Private Fee: ¥1,000 / night (Charity Donation)
Example cases:-
• Fri Check-in → Mon Check-out: No additional charges
• Mon Check-in → Wed Check-out: +¥1,000 / per night
• Wed Check-in → Fri Check-out: +¥1,000 / per night
• Thu Check-in → Sat Check-out: +¥1,000 / per night

Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Cancellation
Your request is not a confirmed booking until we review it and confirm availability via email. Bank transfers must be completed at least 7 days prior to your check-in date. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival may be subject to a fee.
2. Pet Policy
We welcome up to 10 dogs. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the cottage. Please ensure pets are up to date on vaccinations. Damaged property caused by pets will be the owner's financial responsibility.
3. Charity Donations (Options)
Fees for extra beds, extra rooms, or private run stays are considered donations to animal welfare organizations. Please place these cash amounts in the donation box located in the cottage lobby upon arrival.
4. Occupancy Limits
Maximum occupancy is 5 humans. Over-occupancy is strictly prohibited for safety and hygiene reasons. Smart TV and Wi-Fi are provided for personal use only; please do not modify equipment settings.
5. Noise & Neighbors
As we are located in a peaceful area, we ask that you keep noise levels reasonable after 9:00 PM to respect our neighbors.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made before 5 PM, at least 8 days in advance, are fully refundable.
6-3 Days Prior
50% Charge
Cancellations made before 5 PM, within 6 to 3 days, will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
3 Days Prior
100% Charge
Cancellations made after 5 PM and within three days of the scheduled date will not be eligible for a refund.
